On the palate, this is a ripe, fresh and elegant, enormously vital and tensioned Pinot with a very long, structured, tensioned and saline finish. This is Pinot on another level, and its power is uplifted by the chalky tension. Impressive Pinot Noir from Schweigen. 13.5% stated alcohol. Tasted in Wiesbaden, August 2022. 96/100
