The 2024 Riesling Deidesheimer Kieselberg Grosses Gewächs is from a pebbly plateau that is both ventilated and warm. This fermented in tonneaux. There’s oaky smoke, juicy greengage and white peach on the nose. The palate is alive with lemony brightness that cuts through oak and stone fruit to present a bright, vivid line of direction.
