En landsbyvin fra Lerga i det nordlige Navarra, bag det berømte vincenter San Martin. Ren Granache. Gamle vinstokke, laveste udbytte fra buskvin i nordlig eksponering. Forladte vinmarker er blevet revitaliseret. Altid økologisk. 600 meter høj, meget kølig region. Delvis afstilket og helklasepresning, spontan gæring i cement, lagring på fint bundfald i tonneau. Sort-rød i farven. Grafit, sort peber, mørke blommer, modne, men mørke skovjordbær, også tjære og helende jord. Overvældende indgang til ganen, krydret, jordagtig og sorte kirsebær, plus den berusende jordagtighed igen, balsamico, søde citrusfrugter, morbær, våde sten, meget velsmagende. Samspillet mellem sødme og syre fascinerer kenderen; vinen er ultradelikat og næsten svævende. På trods af de gamle vinstokkes finesse og delikatesse står den i minutter med en lang, lang, men delikat finish, meget intens og alligevel delikat. Navarre i fuld finesse, gamle vinstokke er fascinerende.

Their Garnacha from the village of Lerga 2024 Golerga was produced with grapes that in the past were made into rosé or blended with grapes from elsewhere. They produced a fine red to show the character of this historical place, cooler and with mountain character. The vines grow at around 600 meters above sea level in a zone with more rain, altitude and latitude, so it's one of the coolest places for Garnacha. Some 80% of the volume fermented by plot in open-top pools with 20% full clusters, and the rest of the grapes were destemmed and crushed in a 1,500-liter stainless steel vat. It matured in a combination of 500-liter barrels and concrete. It rained a lot during the harvest, and they had to sort and select more than in their zone. This feels more Atlantic, from cooler climate; it's from a different zone, Baja Montaña, which looks into the Pyrenees, and the wine has good ripeness but with great balance. It has 3.95% alcohol but also very good freshness, a pH of 3.24 and 5.6 grams of acidity. It has balance and purity with tasty flavors and very fine tannins, very elegant. 6,380 bottles produced. It was bottled in May 2025.
