Denne hvidvin er som regel den bedste vin efter La Mission og Haut-Brion. Château Domaine de Chevalier blanc imponerer også i 2014 med en enorm fylde og en rigdom af aromaer i munden. Tørret frugt, rosiner, figner i mange nuancer, abrikos, litchi og fersken i forgrunden, suppleret med peber. Vinen har bestemt også tanniner. Med stor fylde, lidt sødme i midten og en lang eftersmag med peber og salt. Denne Domaine de Chevalier har kraft og har helt sikkert brug for et par år til at udvikle sig.

-- Parker: The 2014 Domaine de Chevalier Blanc is a beautiful white Pessac-Léognan. It offers a very succinct and focused bouquet of dew-speckled Granny Smiths, then flint and wet limestone, certainly a more stony bouquet than overt fruit. The palate is well balanced with crisp acidity, exquisite balance, the citrus fruit dappled with white pepper and spices, but everything very judicious and nuanced. It offers wonderful persistence in the mouth, basically a class act that comes strongly recommended. 95/100
