Decanter über: Vol de Nuit

Aromas of crushed blackberry, violets, black figs and a touch of liquorice. This is medium-bodied with light extraction and gentle acidity. It shows notes of blueberries on the palate, and an animal touch on the finish. A very bright, pure and elegant Carignan, a really excellent expression of the grape, textbook stuff. No sulphites added before bottling, fermented with natural yeast. Vines planted in 1919.,
