This reminds me of the legendary 1945 riesling Auslese from Schloss Johannisberg! Brimming with exotic-fruit, honey and ripe-fig character, plus a hint of mushroom. In spite of having only one-third of the sweetness typical for the category, this very concentrated wine has a wonderful, lush texture and a striking, velvety finish that goes on and on and on. From organically grown grapes. Drink or hold. Glass closure. 97/100
