Denne "lille" vin fra Jorge Navascues er allerede et strålende statement. 85 % Garnacha og 15 % Carinena fra en højde på lige under 700 meter. Det giver vinen dens karakteristiske friskhed. Kun druer fra gamle vinstokke fra landsbyen Almonacid, så nærmest landsbykvalitet. Spontangæret i rustfrit stål og betonkar. Dette er en virkelig betagende dyb, men samtidig så fin næse. Smuk rød frugt af surkirsebær garneret med et strejf af cassis og sort peber. Også violer og et strejf af Garrique-krydderi. Sååå lækker i munden, mundvandsfremkaldende saftig med strålende friskhed og fint polerede tanniner og en imponerende lang finish. Et godt køb til denne ekstremt fair pris.

Årgang 2024, der er præget af et køligt klima, betragtes af Spaniens førende vinproducenter som en stor succes. This appealing Garnacha will satisfy both casual drinkers and those looking for something more thoughtful in the glass.

Vividly aromatic, with a very attractive nose of underbrush, Mediterranean herbs and red cherries. The palate is nervy and angular, with a focused, saline-driven profile that is precise and seductive. Very approachable and full of character for an entry-level wine. Drink now or hold.

Parker om: Cutio Garnacha

The 2024 Cutio Garnacha was harvested earlier looking for more balance, doing less pump-ups and trying to moderate extraction, and it was aged exclusively in concrete for one year. Cariñena is no longer printed on the label, but the wine still contains 10% of it, a lower percentage because of the low yields. It comes in at 14% alcohol, has pure, varietal character and is floral and spicy (not from oak!), perfumed and juicy. It has a tender palate that is medium-bodied, with very fine tannins and a dry, chalky finish. This is very good value for money too. 50,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in September 2025.
