The 2021 Grauburgunder Trocken offers a fully ripe and elegant bouquet with flinty and refreshing stony notes spicing the fully ripe and generous but pure and elegant fruit. Medium to full-bodied, this is a round and elegant, finely fresh, persistently saline and structured Pinot Gris with a long and stimulating finish. 12% stated alcohol. Screw cap. Tasted in July 2022. 90/100
