Dom Perignons rosé er altid et festfyrværkeri med en berusende friskhed og livlighed på tungen, tæt, drivende, dramatisk, der hele tiden frigiver nye lag. Appelsinskal, især blodappelsin, rød vinmarksfersken, røde vilde bær, forførende i sin sky af smagsnuancer. Dybe og ekspansive brioche-noter med subtile antydninger af sort og rød te. En champagne til at tygge på med en kraftig struktur og en fængslende elegant frugt. Kraft og finesse kombineret. Fantastisk!

Lots of depth and intensity, with aromas of iron, strawberries, tobacco, dried flowers and sweet spices. It's medium-bodied, deep and sophisticated. Wet earth and bark on the palate, with lovely peaches at the end. Subtle and refined. I love it. 56% pinot noir and 44% chardonnay. Drink or hold.

The 2010 Dom Pérignon Rosé is airy, tense and wonderfully crystalline, as it has always been. Chalk, white pepper, slate and finely chiseled fruit are the signatures. The 2010 is a svelte, nervy Dom Pérignon Rosé, a Champagne that impresses more with persistence and focus than with obvious size or weight.

Stunning. So rich and complex on the nose! With almonds, burgundy flavours and strong Pinot Noir character on the nose. Really exciting! No shortage of structure. It seems so rich that it kids you there is some sweetness but the dosage was less than 5 g/l. Food wine. Should be great with tonight's langoustines! Long and savoury on the end. If grand cru rosé burgundy existed, this is what it would taste like.
