Extremely perfumed and beautiful with ripe strawberries and citrus fruit, as well as aromatic flowers. Full-bodied with plenty of fruit and creamy, chewy tannins that are polished and very impressive. Long and linear. One of the best of this bottling. Drink after 2023, but already a gorgeous bottle. 98/100

The 2020 Pinot Noir Cincuenta y Cinco was fermented in whole bunches and half-aged in used barrels, the rest in concrete. An ethereal purple in hue. The open expression is floral with notes ranging from rose to lavender, with hints of sour cherry and stem before a mild layer of cinnamon emerges. Complex with subtle caramel flavors, the palate is silky with grip from the stems, a refined flow, lovely tension and 13% alcohol. A Pinot Noir of energy and purity. 95/100
