Tidao Tinto
The single-vineyard 2024 Tidao, still unbottled but out of the barrel in stainless steel, was produced from a field blend of Listán Negro, Listán Prieto and some white grapes. This is from a vineyard with a southeastern exposure on clay and stony soils, and the wine is more fruit-driven and round, with some dusty tannins that give it grip and seriousness. It comes in at 12.5% alcohol and a pH of 3.7. It feels like a vintage with good aging potential. There are two 500-liter barrels that should deliver some 1,200 bottles.
