Lobenberg: Wer hätte gedacht, dass die ganze Welt mal nach diesem Stoff schreit?! Letztes Jahr gegen Weihnachten war es soweit, nahezu niemand in Europa konnte noch größere Mengen Ruinart Rosé liefern, selbst die größeren Häuser geraten ob der explodierenden weltweiten Nachfrage in Lieferengpässe. Gut ist dieser Allround-Rosé allemal mit seiner gastronomischen Dichte und delikaten Blumigkeit. Hier stecken rund 45 Prozent Côte des Blancs und der Montagne de Reims mit der Fruchtigkeit des Pinot Noir von der Montagne und dem Vallée de la Marne drin (43 Prozent weiß und 12 Prozent rot vinifiziert). Ruinart Rosé passt eigentlich immer und zu jeder Gelegenheit. In der Nase Lavendel, Kirschblüten und Kalkstein, etwas Litschi und süße Minze. Das Finale im Mund ist schön mineralisch unterlegt. Auch wenn er natürlich nicht ganz die charakterliche Tiefe eines kleinen, freakigen Winzers erreicht, ist das immer ein mehr als solider Wert und meisterlich konstant in der Qualität. 93+/100
