Rose Reserve Brut
The 2016 Rosé Réserve Brut is a pure Pinot Noir from terra fusca and loam soils that was aged sur lattes for more than eight years. Fermented in stainless steel (95%) and oak barrels (5%) until June 2017 and disgorged after 99 months in September this year with a dosage of five grams per liter, this pale-pink wine opens with delicate red fruit (cherry, raspberry and redcurrant) aromas intertwined with chalk, lime, brioche and floral notes. It's so light and fragrant on the very delicate bouquet! Round and vinous on the palate, this is a full-bodied, rich and fruit-intense, as well as emphatically saline and complex sparkling Pinot with a delicate yet seriously persistent, stimulating structure and a very intense, very long and concentrated yet still fine, highly promising finish. Given the fact this Sekt Réserve was just disgorged, it is an extraordinary rosé that comes in with 12.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted in October 2025.,,
