Heiner Lobenberg om:
Champagne Blanc de Blancs Brut
/100

This graceful blanc de blancs is light on its feet and bright on the palate, yet the creamy mousse carries a concentrated range of honeyed apricot, Meyer lemon peel, white blossoms and almond pastry. Reveals hints of chalk, smoke and spices on the finish. Drink now.Ripe yellow peach, grainy pear, jasmine and pickled ginger notes burst from the glass of this vibrant blanc de blancs, carried on the finely detailed mousse. Shows lovely balance and integration, with bright acidity enmeshed with the expressive flavors and an underpinning of mineral and spices that echoes on the finish. Drink now through 2031.

Wine&Spirits om: Champagne Blanc de Blancs Brut
The chalk savor of Côte des Blancs chardonnay bristles through this wine’s flavors of hazelnut and cream. The grape sources range from the Montagne de Reims and Vesle Valley south to the Coteaux Sézannais, the fruit coming together in a luscious Champagne, delicious with any roast fish in a cream sauce.

Parker om: Champagne Blanc de Blancs Brut
The first scents of Ruinart’s NV Blanc de Blancs are floral in character, accompanied by aromas of lemon oil, spices and citrus blossoms. It’s medium-bodied and perfectly balanced on the palate, with a round, seamless texture that segues into a mouthwatering, ethereal finish. It should age well for five to eight years.

Galloni om: Champagne Blanc de Blancs Brut
Light yellow-gold. Smoky citrus and orchard fruits on the deeply perfumed, mineral-tinged nose. Offers broad, toasty orange and pear skin flavors with an undercurrent of dusty minerals. Picks up floral and ginger nuances with air, along with hints of iodine and tarragon. Rich yet lively blanc de blancs with powerful back-end lift and finishing grip.

Wine Enthusiast om: Champagne Blanc de Blancs Brut
With its 100% Chardonnay, this Champagne is finely textured, elegant with minerality and the freshest crispest apple flavors. It does have some weight and certainly has intensity—a satisfying, textured wine that is ready to drink.

Jancis Robinson om: Champagne Blanc de Blancs Brut
Very intense nose with sour green fruit and a strong salty note. This is very stylised and uncompromising, with loads of hard cheese and yeasty character. Not for mainstream palates, perhaps, but should satisfy most ardent fizzophiles.
Champagne Ruinart
århundrede for at sikre perfekt opbevaring.
