The 2022 Cinsault The Soothsayers Ferment hails from two vineyards in Guarilihue Alto and another in Ranquil, and it fermented in stainless lagar and matured in well-used barrique. It begins with an expressive and exotic nose of red fruits, peach preserves, saffron and dried tobacco, introducing a spry, slender palate with a taut, focused core. It concludes with a juicy finish framed with a gentle chalkiness.
