This has seen some skin contact and has been fermented in stainless and old oak. It has aromas of honey and flowers with orange rind and chalk. The palate has a very fleshy, gently grippy edge to the melon, poached-apple and pastry flavors. A blend of sauvignon blanc, sauvignon gris, chardonnay and semillon. From biodynamically grown grapes. Drink now. 91/100
