Quite shy at first, but this builds with uncanny speed into explosive yellow fruit and flowers. Mirabelle plums, egg yolk, nectarines, yuzu and citron wax lyrical. Only medium-bodied, dainty and introvert, but this suddenly hits the palate with lightening-struck acidity, triangulating all the delicate, mineral flavors into a sabre-sharp finish, like a pointed telephone mast, channeling the world’s communications into one.
