Sourced from three different single vineyards and bottled in June this year, the 2020 Nahe Riesling Steinterrassen opens with a fascinating, pure, subtle yet also intense and complex bouquet of white fruits, crushed lemons, stones and salt. Silky, round and intense on the palate, this is a full-bodied, tensioned, persistently salty and finessed dry Riesling from vines about 30 to 70 years old in the Rotenberg, Steinberg and Klamm. Very mineral and the finest Steinterrassen of the last 10 years. 93+/100
