Parker om:
Bonnes Mares Grand Cru
The 2012 Bonnes-Mares Grand Cru has a ripe and generous bouquet that does not possess the delineation and mineralite expressed by the Clos de Beze, at least at this early juncture. The palate is sweet and candied on the entry with hints of pain grille infusing the black fruit. This is quite a serious Bonnes-Mares with plenty of structure and grip towards the finish and will probably require more cellaring than others. Could this be a more cautious Bonnes-Mares once in bottle?
