I love the subtle, spicy complexity of this GG-type dry riesling that very neatly marries wet-stone freshness with restrained, peachy ripeness. And just when you think that’s it, the minerality builds and builds at the long, pristine finish. Drink or hold. 94/100

Parker om: Riesling Eierfels

The 2021 Dorsheim Riesling 'Eierfels' shows a pure, intense, concentrated and beautifully aromatic but spicy nose with notes of crushed slate and quartzite stones. On the palate, this is a vibrantly pure, fresh and saline, tight and tensioned, nicely stony and grippy dry Riesling with a long, intense and aromatic finish. 12% stated alcohol. Screw-cap closure. Tasted at the domaine in August 2022. 93/100
