The floral, expressive and elegant 2021 Pegaso Zeta, from their own grapes and purchased ones, fermented with indigenous yeasts in oak and stainless steel vats and amphorae, and it matured in a combination of 500- and 600-liter barrels and stainless steel vats for 12 months. It has a bright ruby color with the grip from the fine tannins and an herbal touch that provides freshness. It has to be the finest Zeta to date. 28,739 bottles were filled in August 2022. 93/100
