Disgorged in June 2025 after 47 months on the bottle lees, the late-disgorged 2020 Rosé Extra Brut from the Prestige series is a pure Pinot Noir with delicate red fruit aromas, brioche and saline notes on the nose. On the palate, this is a round, slightly sweet and fruity rosé that was dosed with two grams per liter. This gives a charming, mouth-filling and generous yet elegant rosé with a saline finish and good structure and length. 12% stated alcohol. Tasted in October 2025.

At once juicy, animating and round, this is a delightful and characterful sparkling rosé with plenty of berry aromas, some leesy complexity and a touch of candied oranges on the medium-bodied palate. Very refreshing finish. Drink now.
