Heiner Lobenberg om:
Champagne R de Ruinart Brut

93
/100

Suckling om: Champagne R de Ruinart Brut

Although this has some red-berry aromas from pinot noir, the pear, white-peach and white-floral aromas are central, and they surely come from the chardonnay grape. Excellent balance of fresh fruit, animating acidity and creaminess, the mousse keeping it moving steadily across the palate through the very clean finish. A cuvée of 45% chardonnay, 45% pinot noir and 10% pinot meunier. Drink or hold. 93/100

Wine Spectator om: Champagne R de Ruinart Brut

Lovely harmony. This starts with an explosive nose of toasted brioche, mineral and honey, adding a citrus element on the palate, all in a firm, full-bodied package. Lingering aftertaste of grilled hazelnuts. 91/100

Jancis Robinson om: Champagne R de Ruinart Brut

40% Chardonnay, 57% Pinot Noir and 3% Pinot Meunier, 20-25% of which are wines reserved from the two previous years. Hand-picked, fermentation in temperature-regulated stainless-steel fermenters, full malolactic fermentation, dosage 9 g/l.Bready nose with some real interest. Solid stuff – something to get your teeth into, in a good way. Very clean and neat and tastes as though it had quite a bit of age on lees. 17/20

Champagne Ruinart

århundrede for at sikre perfekt opbevaring.
