Ruinarts Blanc de Blancs er en absolut klassiker i champagneverdenen. Den har stået på vinkortet hos de fineste restauranter verden over i årtier. Ruinart Blanc de Blancs er en blanding af 25 til 30 Chardonnay-crus, hovedsageligt fra Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims, Sézannais og Vallée de la Vesle. En meget bred afspejling af regionen.
