50% Xarel-lo, 40% Macabeo and 10% Parellada from the higher 'Vinya dels Fossils' partof the estate grapes around the Serral hil. Shallow, pure limestone soils. There's a subtle reductive signature here which plays beautifully into the narrow, mineral build of this fine release, which encloses its pure clementine, pear and pale stone fruit in a delicate, vivid casing touching on complexity of white rose and pepper. Such lift and acceleration through the palate here – exciting wine. 2024-2028 94/100
