The most refined Spanish sparkling wine I’ve ever tasted. Despite ageing 17 months in vat and 100 months in bottle, it shows pristine fruit, intriguing stone aromas, zesty freshness. Delicate texture; layered flavours linger on the palate. From an old-vine single vineyard with Xarel.lo and Bastard Negre (a local biotype of Graciano). A top biodynamic terroir wine and a masterwork. 99/100
