This is one of Jérôme Flous' favourites, and its not hard to see why. For one thing, it's harmony in a glass. Everything is in the absolute perfect place. Lightly sweet oak meshes with gorgeously succulent cherries and sweet red plums, and a whiff of incense blends with earthy notes. This whole palate is beautifully lifted by balletic acidity, and the tannins are downright tender. 2024-38. 96/100
