The 2023 Puligny-Montrachet Corvées des Vignes takes time to unfold on the nose with light grapefruit and pear scents, though like Vincent's other cuvées, it is more minimalist in style. The palate is medium-bodied with a lovely texture, with touches of white pepper, sour lemon and ginger toward the finish. Give this a couple of years in bottle.
