Based on 70% Grenache, 20% Syrah, and 10% Mourvèdre, the 2021 Gigondas offers ripe red and black fruits, pepper, violets, minerality, and tons of Gigondas spice. Medium-bodied, supple, and pure, it has fine tannins and was brought up all in oak foudres for 36 months. Drink 2025-2035.
