Golden color, brilliant. The nose is complex and combines aromas of fruit (candied quince, baked apple, prune), aromas of caramel, crème brûlée, honey and more spicy notes (cloves, nutmeg). On the palate, the tannins are firm but supple, the alcohol-tannins-aroma balance is perfect. Long in the palate.
