Galloni om: Cotes du Rhone

Dark ruby. Spice-accented cherry and black raspberry aromas are complemented by suggestions of pungent flowers and cola. Fleshy and energetic in the mouth, offering nicely concentrated red and blue fruit flavors that tighten up steadily with air. Shows very good energy and lift on a long, gently tannic finish that leaves behind repeating red fruit and spice notes. 91/100

Jeb Dunnuck om: Cotes du Rhone

The 2019 Côtes Du Rhône will be a no-brainer purchase. This Syrah-heavy red has lots of blackberry, bouquet garni, and peppery notes in a ripe, full-bodied, textured style. It’s well worth buying and drinking over the coming 5-7 years. 90-92/100

Decanter om: Cotes du Rhone

A benchmark entry-level Côtes du Rhône from a classic Rhône Valley producer. A medium aromatic intensity of blackberries, spice, and black pepper. The palate is textured and serves the same dark fruit plus spice notes. The wine (like most Côtes du Rhônes) shines with food. 90/100

Parker om: Cotes du Rhone

Strongly marked by bold fruit on the nose, the 2019 Cotes du Rhone features scents of blackberries, raspberries and cherries. Medium to full-bodied, it's atypically rich and structured—a fine, balanced summation of the vintage. 89-91/100

Guigal
