Based on the 2016 vintage and disgorged in January 2021, the new release of Péters's NV Brut Rosé for Albane is already showing very well, bursting with aromas of plum, peonies, orange rind, pomelo and warm spices. Medium to full-bodied, pillow and vinous, it's deep and seamless, its fleshy core of fruit framed by lively acids and animated by a pearly mousse, concluding with a long and sapid finish. Seamless and complex, this stands out as a particularly good release of this bottling. 94/100

A fascinating rosé delivered in a playful, strident pink format, it has all the fine red fruits and fragrant rose-like perfume you could wish for. Alluring sherbet-like creamy texture and fresh strawberry and raspberry fruit flavors that hold long. Drink now. 93/100

Galloni om: Champagne Rosé for Albane Brut

The NV Rosé Albane is fabulous, but it needs at least several hours to truly blossom, as it is very reticent upon opening. Bright cranberry, mint, white flowers, chalk and sweet rose petal give the Albane striking aromatic nuance and tons of sheer appeal. What a pretty wine it is. The blend is 55% Chardonnay and 45% Meunier, done as a saignée. 93/100
