80% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Sémillon. Modnet 50% i nye barriques. Meget ren, ligefrem næse af hvide blomster, hvid fersken og gul drue. Også et strejf af eksotisk netmelon. Smuk finesse, meget poleret og afbalanceret med denne rige hvide frugtighed indrammet af lyse blomster. Et strejf af våde sten og muslingeskaller. Smuk dybde og friskhed i munden. Virkelig animerende, gribende og ligetil. Fint salt med grøn abrikos, moden hvid fersken, kandiseret citron, lys melon igen og et lille strejf af grapefrugtbitterhed i afslutningen. Sauvignon giver fisk og præcision, Semillon lidt fedt på ribbenene. En utrolig afbalanceret, smuk indgang og ikke så ulig Grand Vin.

The 2024 Le Petit Smith Haut Lafitte Blanc is outrageously beautiful. It captures all the stylishness and personality of the Grand Vin, but at a far more accessible price. Lemon confit, marzipan, white pepper, chamomile and tangerine peel all come alive in the glass. Floral notes lift the airy, expressive finish. Wonderful.

The 2024 Le Petit Smith Haut Lafitte Blanc is 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Semillon, with the idea of a richer white more for the table. Its vivid gold hue is followed by classic notes of ripe melon, mint, and a beautiful sense of salty minerality that comes through on the palate. It's medium-bodied, has a layered, concentrated mouthfeel, and outstanding length. It's a beautiful, classy, incredibly impressive white.
