Lobenberg: Den lille Smith Haut Lafitte er en typisk cuvée lavet af en stor andel Sauvignon Blanc og en meget lille andel Sémillon. Modnet 50% i nyt træ, forudgået af subtil kold maceration. Dette resulterer i en citrongul vin. Udtryksfuld bouquet af moden nektarin og fersken, lidt brændenælde, traminer-lignende, næsten blomsteragtige noter og delikat røgethed, også lidt nøddeagtig. Forfriskende, sprød og velafrundet i munden. Der er også en vis cremethed i vinen sammen med grapefrugt og appelsiner. Denne klare kvædetone skinner over alt. En rigtig skønhed. 93-94+/100

-- Parker: The 2015 Le Petit Haut Lafitte has a very pure, almost Burgundy-like bouquet with red berry fruit, a little more gourmand in style than the Les Hauts de Smith, hints of garrigues emerging with time. The palate is medium-bodied with a gentle grip in the mouth, the most saline, marine-influenced red from the Smith Haut Lafitte stable with fine delineation and mineralité on the finish. Very fine. 91/100
