As to the red, the 2021 Definitely Red is all Grenache from sandy soils and is another wine from Andreas that's all about finesse and elegance. Bright framboise, cherries, sappy flowers, and a chalk-like sense of minerality all emerge from the glass, and it's medium-bodied, with ultra-fine tannins, a layered mouthfeel, and a great finish.These tiny production wines are made in the cellar of Andreas Lenzenwöger, who is also behind the incredible quality and character at Domaine du Pégau. These are beautiful, singular wines, and you shouldn’t miss a chance to try a bottle. 92-94/100
