A blend of Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, and Clairette, the 2018 Châteauneuf Du Pape has a clean, crisp bouquet of white peach, white flowers, honeysuckle, and subtle minerality. It's rich, textured, and beautifully balanced, with good acidity and a rich, layered finish. 92/100

Mostly grenache blanc (60%) with 20% each of clairette and roussanne, the latter of which is fermented in oak. The wine has a very rich and fleshy array of peaches and apricots, as well as mango cream. Supple, fresh, layered and vibrant. 92/100

Parker om: Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc

Bottled since May, the 2018 Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc is sourced from sandy soils. It's a blend of 40% Grenache Blanc from la Crau fermented and aged in concrete egg, 30% Clairette from Saintes Vièrges fermented and aged in demi-muid and barrique, and 30% Roussanne from la Janasse fermented in barrique. Notes of oranges and melon fill out the full-bodied palate, which is round but still admirably fresh and clean on the finish. 91/100
