Extremely complex nose with lemon zest, fresh pineapple and spicy aromas. Just a whiff of caramel. Rich and very concentrated, the palate creamy at the front and silky at the back, making this very easy to drink now. The finish is at once stony and filigree. However, this is still at a very early stage in its life, so writing a long list of adjectives would give entirely the wrong impression of this unique wine. Vegan. Drink or hold. 98/100
