-- Galloni: Youthful violet color. Intensely perfumed aromas of fresh red berries, potpourri, incense and smoky minerals. Sweet and seamless on the palate, offering potent red and dark berry flavors with suggestions of spicecake and candied rose. Shows superb clarity and power on the long, incisive finish, which is nicely framed by silky, harmonious tannins. This sexy wine is delicious now but will be even better in five to seven years. -- Josh Raynolds 92/100
-- Parker: The 2013 Côte de Brouilly comes from south to southeast-facing vines on granite soils. The is great expression here on the nose, with red cherries, bergamot and fresh strawberry scents that unfurl in the glass, gaining vigor all the time. There is even a hint of star anise with time. The palate is medium-bodied with a candied opening, fresh and lively with licorice notes lingering in the mouth. This is showing beautifully and should continue to evolve over the next few years. This is a delight. 91/100
